Abraham is a Chartered Accountant and commerce graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, with 25 years of diverse professional experience across consulting, entrepreneurship, and public sector advisory. Over the past decade and a half, he has built and led ventures in government advisory, hospitality and tourism, event management and logistics, farming, and a professional services firm with a strong focus on Northeast India.
His career began with leading accounting and advisory firms such as Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and Grant Thornton, where he specialized in internal audit, business process risk, governance, and international assurance engagements. As Founder of India Trail and Proprietor of R Abraham & Associates, he works closely with governments, local communities, and entrepreneurs to design sustainable tourism experiences, advise on policy, and strengthen governance, compliance, and skilling initiatives.
Rohan’s interests lie at the intersection of business strategy, public sector transformation, high-performing teams, and community-centric development, particularly in the culturally rich and underexplored landscapes of Northeast India.
